Retainer Commitment (T&Cs)

Minimum Commitment

All KKA Studios retainer packages require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. This ensures sufficient time to develop a cohesive visual strategy, maintain brand consistency, and deliver measurable creative results.

Retainers are billed monthly but are contractually secured for the initial three-month period. Early termination within this period will require full payment of the remaining balance for the agreed term.

After the initial three months, the retainer may continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
